Catherine Stubbs, the founder who still runs the company, firmly believed in offering a tailor made solution to client's needs as opposed to a 'one size fits all' approach favoured by some agencies. The success of this belief has resulted in some 'temporary workers' remaining with the company for many years, some in excess of 20 years.
