Amos was really awesome with how he took the time to explain even if he had to do it 777 times. He was very helpful and made sure we understood what we had to do and was doing. A holistic and effective provider for work based qualifications, using modern delivery methods, some teething issues perhaps with the process but all in all a excellent service, would highly recommend.
