I would wholeheartedly recommend the IPS Group as a recruitment agency to anyone hoping to get a foot into the industry. After graduating from university whilst struggling to find the right role for me, I was contacted by Stacey Roast at the IPS. Considering my lack of experience in the field, Stacey has been a major help with advising me and procuring a role suited for a graduate. She assisted in finding me a role within less than a week that was tailored to me and my experiences, and even went above and beyond with providing me interview advice and resources to use in preparation for a role at The Hartford. Thanks to her and the team at the IPS, I now have a permanent role that I am vividly enjoying. I definitely would recommend Stacey Roast in particular if anyone is hoping to find their dream role.

I would greatly recommend IPS Group - certainly the best recruitment agency I have dealt with. Very high level of professionalism whilst still being extremely friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend IPS Group, in particular Stacey Roast, to anyone looking for a career in the insurance market. She was amazing! Always encouraging and transparent in every single part of the process, making sure I was well prepared and confident for all of the interviews i experienced. I was interviewing right in the middle of the pandemic so roles were hard to come by and employers were still very uncertain about taking on school leavers but Stacey placed me in the market at the first time of asking. I cannot recommend Stacey and IPS Group enough to anyone hunting for jobs in Insurance!

Gary Ahern from IPS group found me 2 jobs within the insurance market in a short span of time, I secured one of the jobs (current job) whilst the other one proceeded to the final round and they seemed keen too. I think that was down to him being able to match my skills up well with the job specs, and that isn't an easy task. He took time to help me prep for the interviews and that is very much appreciated. IPS group has always been very professional and he kept in touch as necessary. I would recommend IPS group to people looking for jobs!
