Staff at Mcginleys support services are deceitful when it comes to paying your weekly wages and ESPECIALLY your MILEAGE. They advertise.45p, .30p per mile as their rate of pay is very low compared to other Rail companies. I've been chasing my money since March 20 and to date the personnel I'm dealing with LUCY GOVEY has mot settled my payment. If you can help it DON'T work for them as your money will be short and the Umbrella company who they pay you through is also very extortionate compared to e.g. Bar2, Stonebridge etc.

There's is EN- SYNC. I Worked 6 days hard graft and all I came out with was 467. When their in-house workers was telling me when they do 6days they clear 900 AND get their TRAVELLING EXPENSES SEOARATELY FROM THEIR WAGES.NO TAX. Yet the Agency workers have not been paid a penny since March20. I've got no grievance I'm just telling you all my experience and those I know who have given up trying to recoup their well earned, hard earned cash. ie driving to Portsmouth doing a 10hr shift and driving back. 87miles in most unlit dual carriageway, risking your life cos you are tired and fatigued. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Havent been supplied ppe expect me to travel 3 hours to pick some up with no pay. When I dont even drive. Been working here for 3 weeks and no pay. I ring them 4/5 a day they do not answer your calls or emails at all. This is my first month with them and my first impressions are not good at all

In 26yr service on the Railway by far the worst agency I've ever worked for, very unprofessional and have owed me wages for over a month now. They are happy for you to work for them but pay low rates, dont supply equipment for any of the jobs, did not explain anything regarding timesheets and then try to say you didn't attend works (I was the Es?) Don't give any contact details for on site and then ask why did you have no timesheet signed by contact? Abdolute joke of a company.

I have had many dealings with the Salford office, well the girls in the office. Who seam to be the only ones who do anything. Not sure how many people work in the office but only 2 girls ever answer the phone. The chuckle brothers (Gordon and Tom) are the most useless, unprofessional recruitment staff I have ever come across. Gordon gets all the hours and rates wrong causing problems for the pay roll girl. Tom promises all his lads pay rises and how he is going to put them through extra tickets but then refuses to answer the phone to them, getting people to say he is out on site. (He never is, just hides in the corner) The lads get annoyed and this is not good for moral. STAY CLEAR of the them until something is done in the office.
