In addition to our standard packages for the supply of Nurses, Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants and Nursery Assistants, we also offer a higher level package to our regular clients where we work in partnership together. We call these packages First Call. When we create a First Call partnership with a client we offer the very same high quality, dedicated service but with the additional benefit of reduced rates. It's our way of saying Thank You to the clients that call us first for assistance before trying another supplier.

I have been working for next generation for over a year now and I can honestly say that it is the best agency I have ever worked for. The office staff are so friendly, helpful and they care. The work is there, as little or as much as you want and you are matched with the kind of work you like. Support, care or HCA work. Just to say l love my job. X
