Critical: Professionalism Probably the worst recruitment company I've ever spoken to. One of the recruiters/managing directors has some serious issues, he swore on the phone under his breath after I decided to decline the job he was offering. He was literally trying to force me to take the job, even though I didn't want to. Zero professionalism.

The team at RGB have all been polite, effective and very speedy in helping me out and especially Tom Wilson who was my main guy I was working with to get a job, he would continually work out of hours with me every time I needed him which I honestly can't thank him enough for as i ended up getting the job, at first the company said no to me but I was able to work with Tom and come up with a negotiation with the company which landed me the job. Tom was there for everything even still giving me 100% after getting the job helping read through my contract and answer any questions I had about it.
And he made it clear that he is still there for me and that I can ask for help with any further questions about anything he can help me with, he is wanting updates and feedback on my progression through the business which is just amazing and very reassuring. So thank you to Tom and everyone at RGB.

James Bramfitt a director at RGB called to discuss a new job opportunity and my availability for interview. shortly after I was forced to resign after my line manager discovered am looking for new job, and the engineer who took my place was sent by the infamous James Bramfitt. Foxy and dishonest company. avoid at all cost.

Was called by RGB regarding an interview with a building company, was told I would be employed by the building company until I arrived and had the interview I was told "no" your being paid by the recruitment agency and on top of that the job is temporary although RGB told me permanent. Dont trust them if you know what's good for you, just a load of false egos in cheap outfits.
