I worked with them couple of times. For my opinion they dont have very good places to work. But they are very supportive and helpful. Office staff are doing job properly there. I never had problems with anyone from the office. If you are looking for temporary work quest agency can be good option.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I also do not recommend this job agency, they send you to a place they know is a snake's nest. They do not care when a worker has a problem, what is the problem, it is important for them to just register you with a smile and then to they are rude on the phone. They are just a number on their list, they still get paid from it;

Absolute joke of recruitment agency, told me had a job, then didn't tell me I had to come in for an induction, during induction told me I'm working at diffrent place to what I applied for, was told to expect a call, never got a call to confirm everything, called up to speak to them to see what's going on and they hadn't actually got me a job or anything, absolute piss take,

I have been in contact with several agencies in Peterborough, they are all very busy, unfriendly and inefficient, however Quest employment is absolutely brilliant. I talked to them by phone and email, all the staff is very friendly, specially Ms Hazel Wilson, who helped me so much in my quest to find a job, all the other staff are very helpful and friendly too.
