Paul is the Managing Director and Owner of the business. Having moved from his home in South Wales where he had his own Landscape Design and Construction business and completing a BSc degree at the University of Wales Swansea, Paul was ready to take on a new challenge in the South East of England. The business was started in 1999 in Dartford, Kent, Connect Personnel now has offices in Dartford, Chatham and Sittingbourne.
