I was contacted by James Toovey yesterday, regarding a possible IT role in London. To be honest, I wasn't happy with his arrogant tone, asking me about what I've done since my previous job & making a rude comment about my current situation, as well as asking me if I know how to "reset passwords". seriously? I was being honest, & said that its been difficult for me in general trying to find an IT role here in London, despite having CompTIA A+ & Network+. Infact, I have hardly had any success with any of these main IT agencies in London.
