I would give zero stars if at all possible. They guaranteed me 40 hours a week, which only lasted for one week before I was told there were no shifts. They paid me considerably less than what they owed me and I'm still waiting on wages from them. I have tried calling and emailing them multiple times and they've ignored every attempt at communication in the last month.

Do NOT work for these people unless you're willing to have a chunk of your pay check taken. If anyone wants proof, I can send evidence over to them. EDIT: As I'm unable to reply to the agency directly, I'll do so here. I received no contact from you for weeks and then this reply on Google? Quite bizarre for such a sensitive issue. Additionally, I sent an email responding to the comment more than 5 days ago and you haven't yet replied. I would appreciate a response ASAP

I would not recommend this agency to anyone been mugged off two times now first was night shift at dpd where I was told I'd be on 11 an hour and at the end only got 7.50 and the recent one where I haven't been paid for 3 days I did two weeks ago I called up 4 times being told they'll call me back and when I called them again with abit more aggression I was told I'm not being paid because I didn't call in on the two days I weren't in so they are refusing to pay me for the hours I've worked so if I was you I wouldn't touch this agency unless you like your pay to be messed with. P.S the best connection is the best I've been with. Choose wisely

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT PAY WAGES! If you are just a temp they get their money for sourcing the work to the company that needs it. They do not care about you! If you ring up or email they will not reply or answer. I am owed money and they are just trying their luck to see if they can get away with not paying it. I am going to have to take them to court but luckily their has been previous cases so shouldn't be too hard getting my wages. Please bare this all in mind if you are just a temp this company isn't compassionate and simply just want to make money and don't care about your life in the process.
