The care sector works 24 hours, and so do we. Completely Care offers all clients a personal, 24-hour emergency line for temporary cover. You will speak to one of our local consultants that knows you and your business; not a stranger in a national call centre. Your consultant will also have full access to the systems, client information and candidate lists as they do during standard business hours.
CRB disclosures have been replaced by the national Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS). We run checks on every registered candidate as a matter of course, but our sister company, Completely DBS, is a Registered Umbrella Body that can offer you a stand-alone service. If you are a self-employed sole trader who wants to open up a world of work in sensitive environments, then a current DBS is essential. The service costs 99 + VAT.

We use completely care on a weekly bases, if we ever have unexpected gaps they are very fast to help out with looking for potential gaps. A special mention to Chloe for always being so helpful and efficient with helping to find staff we need, she is very polite and helps source staff that are well suited for our setting!

Completely Care have been providing staff to us (a residential home for SEN children and young people) for a number of years now. They are always quick to respond to our various staffing needs, and can usually provide members of staff on all shifts we request even at the last minute. The communication with Completely Care is great, and some of their staff members have been doing shifts with us for a long time. We have a great relationship with both the office staff and agency workers at Completely Care. I would recommend their service to anyone.
