Friendly and efficient. They can't magic up work they don't have, but if they do have it, they call you really quickly. Probably the best agency in Chippenham. Virtually the only one left in Chippenham, as most of the others have gone entirely online & regional.

I've been working for 24-7 staffing for a few weeks now and I can honestly say that this is one of the best decisions I've ever made. The ladies in the office who deal with the healthcare side are a blessing to the care sector; They are warm, kind and care deeply about their staff. They have already shown to me that they will jump into action immediately to help deal with any issue you are facing, even if that's just needing a friendly face to provide some reassurance.
In terms of working conditions, there is not a single bad word to say. You're treated with respect and dignity, with hours that suit your needs or availabilities. Pay is also fantastic with travel costs reimbursed. My only strong regret is that I didn't join a long time ago.

Walked in one day, temp to perm employment the next day van driving. What is there not to like about 24-7 when that happens. Now to go perm in my job, massive gratitude for the support and end of phone conversations from the 24-7 team. More than highly recommended. FACT!

I have worked with 24-7 over the years and they are a fantastic company! I have always been offered many shifts, it's great pay and we receive milage. Any issues I have ever had, they resolve them quickly and efficiently! A great agency to work for!

Brilliant company, very welcoming and helpful, lovely people too really make you feel at ease if it's a new agency for you to sign up too. Great at helping create easy working hours if you have a second job or training. All round couldn't fault them! Highly recommend.
