Very unprofessional, after sending in all my paperwork as requested, the consultant I had been assigned to just decided to start ghosting me and I spent the better part of two weeks trying to get hold of him until I decided to let it go. The consultant could have just told me if I was not a match for the role rather than pretend to be off his desk each time I called.

After 16 years in the charity sector I was apprehensive about returning to front line social work. Service Care Solutions as a company were great, really helpful. Natasha Ward in particular, as my consultant, was fantastic. She listened, sounds simple but so many other agency's don't. She maintained regular contact with me (without being pushy) and was open with the local authorities, ensuring both they and I were fully informed and able to prepare for the placement.
