I've had a 5 stars experience with Smart Teachers ever since I joined two years ago. I met some really friendly and down to earth staff who made me feel immediately welcome. Smart Teachers deploys staff to some of the best mainstream schools in London and payment is not an issue. A special thanks to Darrel for his friendliness, for being a good listener and for being there whenever I have had a question to ask or an issue to resolve. Smart is a real people's company, one that offers teachers a genuine alternative to a traditional teaching career. I had a great relationship with my manager who went above and beyond to support me, challenge me and, above all, develop my teaching career. I would recommend Smart to any teacher in need of a change; you won't regret it. In traditional teaching roles it can feel like all you do is give, give, give. Being new to the teaching world, Smart Teachers made it clear and trouble free. I was able to get a good amount of supply work quickly after my joining process was complete. The joining process was smooth and Darrel and the team made it pleasant. As they were attentive and would communicate well with me. They were always ready to help whenever needed. My experience with Smart Teachers has been very positive, I have been working with them for 4 years now, and always been happy with their service. From registering to working with them they have always been friendly and professional. My consultant Darrel Hayes has always worked hard to find me work in long term TA roles that I am happy with and never felt pressured to stay in a role that I didn't like.
Never met him in person only spoken over the phone and communication with him has always been pleasant, and been made to feel cared for and listened to. Thank you Darrel and everyone else at Smart Teachers for the fantastic job you are doing.

I have worked with Smart teachers for twelve years now and have always been happy with their service. They have helped me find long term placements where I get great job satisfaction but are also accommodating when I need time off for my other work. Dan is always quick to reply to my emails and friendly when we talk on the phone - regardless of how busy he is!
