We have had an extremely unsatisfying experience working with Red Hot Careers and would not recommend using them as a recruitment agency. They basically have been paid the recruitment fee for a candidate who only lasted 4 weeks with our company - we had a contract that agreed that we were entitled to a refund if they did not stay with us for more than 90 days and they are refusing to refund the fee and have not supplied any other candidates to us and it is now 3 months later.
When requesting a refund we have been told that because we paid the original invoice 1 week after the invoice date (which was 3 weeks into the candidates role) we are not entitled to one. Great business model for Red but leaves us feeling that we have wasted a lot of money for nothing.
