Agents are great but payment system is unreliable. Though people try to respond, I definitely have to chase them indefinitely to get information on timesheet emailing system that do not work - had to resort to a manuel routine, delayed payments - their IT payroll system seems very whimsical - without any communication or information, which is the most frustrating and extremely annoying. I had choices between agencies when I enrolled and the agents were a massive plus in joining. But knowing now how the payroll goes, I would consider another agency for the peace of mind. After all, they are the ones I've been in touch with every month after signing in.

I worked with IKAS as a contractor, and whilst the agent was excellent and the onboarding was fantastic, once I started working with them the problems began. For multiple months getting paid was an ordeal. I had to chase them for days after the payment date was completed, and when i did chase them, they made me feel like i was in the wrong for chasing thewm. be wary.
