I was with Brook Street for a good number for years (6 years to be precise). They were very helpful from the very first time i entered their office. The staff are all very helpful and approachable. They made sure to look after me, and i'm sure everybody else who were looking for employment as well. If anybody was looking for employment through an agency i would have no hesitation to recommend Brook Street.

I have joined brook street about a month ago. They are an excellent agency and all the staff are very honest, friendly and down to earth. I have been very impressed with the excellent service I have received from Rebecca. She is very approachable, understanding, supportive and she always responds very quickly to any queries.

Brook Street are the first agency I've ever gone to but from my experience with them, I would never look anywhere else. From the moment I spoke to them I was met with nothing but professionalism. The staff are easy to talk to and know what they're talking about; I've never had a question that went unanswered without a satisfactory response. As soon as they knew what I was looking for, they put me forward for a job, the process from first meeting with Brook Street and starting the job was swift and I was kept informed of what was happening at all stages. Ask for Kelly! I'm biased but I've been assigned to her from the start. She's determined to endure you're happy where you work. She really does go above and beyond for those assigned to her. I've been with her for nearly four years and she has been great! She's willing to find a job for you where you want, sometimes that isn't always possible but she works hard to find you a role.

That being said, brook street is great! They have a genuine team who do ensure that their staff are well looked after. Even if you have issues where you have been placed, you can always call them to express your concern. Of course no agency is perfect, but they're an agency I would recommend a million times over. Don't sleep on them. If you're looking for an agency, look into brook street.

I've gone to a lot of agencies but I must admit Brook Street has got to be #1 for me, not only do they find you roles suitable to your skills and capabilities but the ladies there are also amazingggggg, so friendly and very easy to talk too. I didn't register with them long but within a day of registering they already found me an amazing role, within 3 weeks I got offered a permanent role at the company! So they definitely are brilliant at what they do! I highly recommend for anyone out there looking for experience or just something temporary to build up a CV. J

Reliable great agency! Found me my very first assignment back in 2016 working at a Crown Court. Kelly, Emily and the rest of the Brook street Team were very supportive throughout my Temping Journey. Brook Street are an amazing establishment A female by the name of Kelly is the best work agent that I have ever met! She helped me get a job within 2 weeks of my first meeting with her. Also, providing me with resources that would help gain a greater perspective into the area of work I wanted enter. Which in turn made joining my team ieasier as I knew a lot about the job I was applying for.

When you work with the girls at Brook Street be rest assured that you also have an agency number which makes it extremely easy for you to communicate any queries with them and they will only put you forward for roles you are suitable for. If you are like me and you're looking for good, genuine and straight to the point people that are willing to assist you in your hunt for a job, then I extremely recommend the Brook Street in Stratford. Great agency to work for and the Stratford branch are fantastic. All the staff are honest, hardworking and very approachable. They take very good care of their clients and applicants. I have been a temp with this agency for the past 6 years and haven't really had any issues. They have incentive schemes like 'temp of the month' where they give you gift vouchers and a framed certificate.

Also are very organised and ensure everything is done per national guidelines hence very professional. I mainly deal with Kelly and Chelsea who are wonderful, friendly and supportive. Will recommend to a friend and happy to continue being registered with Brook Street Stratford.
