Pancreatic cancer has the lowest 5-year survival rate of the 22 most common cancers, largely due to late diagnosis. Our aim has always been to raise as much awareness of, and proceeds for, Pancreatic Cancer Action Scotland, as possible. We host a bi-annual summer ball for PCAS. Our first two, in 2017 and 2019, in aid of the charity, at the Radisson Blu in Glasgow, raised over 56,000 and 82,000 respectively, assisted by compere, Des Clarke and auctioneer Tam Cowan.We look forward to our next summer ball in 2023.
