I took a role via Bramwith for a lower salary but my decision was based on there being a high bonus and salary review at the end of the year which would offset the difference. The bonus was no where near the amount promised and the company I went to work for was not aware of any salary review. As a result I would personally not deal with Bramwith again. If you do take a role with them I would advise you clarify all elements of the role in writing and don't assume (as I did) that what you are told is the truth. My impression is that they are more interested in the commission they make irrespective of how they achieve it. Very disappointing.

Always calling without having a specific opportunity available just to gather market information. Even after repeated requests to not be contacted any longer they maintained my data and started calling me again.
