I had a wonderful experience working with Spec, particularly with Jackie who was lovely to speak to and made me feel very comfortable from our first call. It was refreshing to work with a recruitment agency who really cares about finding the right job for you, rather than just filling a position. What an amazing agency! Very personable and willing to find a job that will fit your needs. Jackie and Natasha are fantastic, very motivated, staying in touch up until finalizing contract. After few days of contacting me about my CV I had 2 interviews booked and they were both successful, so I could chose the best one for me. Shame I can't give more stars! I put my CV on 'CVLibrary' as I was in need of a new job and was contacted very quickly by Spec. I was looking for an administration role and Jackie (job recruiter who dealt with me) said I was overqualified for that but said if I was interested in it, she could find me some roles. I asked what she thought I was qualified to do based on my experience and after a good chat on the phone, we decided on what area I would like to move into.

That afternoon, she sent me 2 jobs being advertised for what I was now looking at! All in all, I got the job I wanted out of the 2! In summary: - Fast Email replies - Always contactable by phone (in reasonable hours) - Quick and efficient and finding openings for you - Excellent advice on what area to move into if you're not 100% sure - Friendly service & warm and welcoming - Would 100% recommend to a friend and use again
