I have had the pleasure of dealing with Thatcher Associates over a number of years most particularly when I first worked in the Bristol area in 1993 and then again from 1996. My contact was Chris Bull and he and I quickly gained a level of trust and confidence that is required between recruitment agencies and Construction Companies to ensure that both parties understand the brief of what is required. Chris and I continue to discuss opportunities time keeping appraised of the wellbeing of each other and I am really pleased that he and I can just have a conversation regarding the industry even when there is no actual requirement for recruitment.
I can only say that it is my pleasure over the years to have done business with Thatchers and in particular Chris Bull, and whilst it has not been very much business more recently, knowing that there is a go to person of Chris's skill only makes mine and the companies tasks in recruitment that much simpler.
