Poor communication from both recruiters. Never call when they say they will, no prep for interview just the standard 'you'll be fine'. All they want to do is get you off the phone and rush through things - seem to be over worked and that you are just a number. Won't be using again.

I was lucky to have found next employment during my job search as everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and professional. After being made redundant from my role, I contacted Next Employment (NE) and was put in touch with Emma, Amanda & Max. The team at NE were the only recruiters out of several who actually looked through my CV and was prepared to find me a new role of which encompassed the skills I gave gained over the years and not just throw me in to a role I had just left. They have a huge wealth and knowledge behind them that helped put me get excited about looking for a new role and getting me back on track having gone through a redundancy process. I am now happily settling in to my new role doing a job I am passionate about.

Dealing with Next has been a breath of fresh air compared to other recruiters I have dealt with. The whole team have been so kind and helpful, ensuring I was OK and that I knew what to do every step of the way. Emma has been exceptional and has at times felt more like a friend than a recruiter. I have been trying to find a job for a while and have used a number of recruiters (the majority of which really treated me as a number and kept trying to put me forward for jobs I had already expressed I wasn't interested in). At Next Employment they really listen to what you want from a job and take into account your strengths to help you find the perfect role.
