I have been working with Profiles Creative since 2019. I collaborated with many agents from Profiles. Jade and Noelle are my main contacts. I am so grateful to them. Noelle was my 1st agent when I started working with them and since then she booked me so many clients. She helped me get my career started as a freelancer and she is always helpful and respond quickly to any questions I have. Jade she is so amazing and supportive.

She really helped me especially through Covid Period, she made sure that I have bookings coming in. I had worked with other agencies too but Profiles Creative, as a company they give more than just work and bookings, they made sure to educate us about IR35 and the new rules. (I was part of their seminars before and during covid) They are all so helpful to answer all my questions regarding IR35, Umbrella info or forms I have to complete. They are all so passionate about their jobs and I am so grateful that I met them and trust my freelance career to them :)

If you get told you have work then it gets cancelled last minute be wary! I was told by Noelle this happens a lot but when I spoke to the director she told me it doesn't! Which is a strange conflicting facts considering both work for the same company. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend working wit Profile Creative. They promise you work then don't deliver. I shared lots of information with "their umbrella - Parasol" in order to get paid for a job WHICH THEY SAID they had for me.

This job then got cancelled last minute and they now have important information about me. I spoke to the director of the company who was great but unfortunately it doesn't change my thoughts that this company need to change their process and get information after the job is 100% secured. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND

I had the opportunity to work with Clare Tritschler who placed me as a strategist at a wonderful, talented creative agency filled with good people. I got to work on one of the most exciting briefs during this pandemic. I would highly recommend working with Clare. She's super responsive. Helped me out with setting the bits up, especially the chat. What I love is that she is light touch with her approach but I know in my mind that she's there if I need anything.

Literally just an email away. In terms of getting paid, the set -up and all the admin bits- Lee & Ben have been so extremely helpful. Everything is taken care of like magic. Of course I had to fill in all my details etc to get set up.

I couldn't recommend Profiles enough! They've really helped me over this last year, in becoming an established freelancer. From my first informal interview I was welcomed and introduced to the team, where we had great conversations about work and how they can help. Which they have! Thanks to them I now have some great connections with agencies and also with the Profiles recruiters themselves (Clare and Dan). Amongst this pandemic it's been an extremely tough year for us freelancers and Profiles have been ON IT in helping things move forward, keeping you in the loop and getting the work flowing back in.
