Sam, one of the guys here dealing with me, deserves a raise. 1st role he put me forward to, I couldn't attend (I didn't contact anyone), he got me another chance with the same company after explaining why I missed the first role. The second time, my headset wasn't working and had to call it. This dude helped and supported me and was still more then happy to help me find another role. So far, company has patience for days and Sam is such a lovely hard working person. If everyone was like this, this world would be awesome! Thank you Sam.
