I have work for rullion 2 years a go. they always pay me on time and even thus I was been paid umbrella. I still get enough money like one working as self employee. It's relaibe agency and every agency have pro and con.but as far am concerned they are legit.

Terrible agency. So I currently work under rullion and have done for the past year as a contractor working on the rail. With the Introduction of the IR35, no new contacted has been sent to me with regards to my new pay rates and in the 13 phone calls I find no one answers the phones. I received a one, one line answer via email of which I have sent three. I never seen a rep on site and whenever I have delt with them excluding the first time I signed my contract they have been incredibly unprofessional and the fact that I am currently loosing money as I type this really makes me angry.
