From a client point of view, historically, I have not been a fan of Recruitment companies, finding the experience not very specific to your requirement, with previous agencies just sending us irrelevant CV's with a 'throw mud at the wall approach'. However, dealing with Allena changed my thoughts, so much so that when we had a post internally we recruited her!
