I didn't seen a recruitment agency like this I got induction in April 10th still I didn't get any shifts and they are not responding as well I applied for lot of graduate roles in there careers but never give me a opportunity to perform my skills I rang them lot of times I messaged them but no response Full of disappointment

No agency is employee friendly since their whole reason for existing is to shield companies from legal action over contacts but Central Employment is the worst I've worked for. Payments are never on time, agency staff are hard to get a hold of and they sack you off on a dime. Started a new job through them and I had my headphones in one time after seeing my manager using his, a head of staff saw me, didn't say anything, went straight to the agency and they gave me a warning.
I never used them again but three weeks later they call me two hours before my shift and tell me I was fired for something I did once three weeks prior, no written warning, no notice just "hi, you're fired, have fun"

Applied for a warehouse job but got put on course for level 2 lean organisation skills which has nothing to do with the job I applied for. After looking into it they are getting 950 training grant's from the government per person on completion of the courses so are advertising jobs that don't exist its a legal scam. Avoid all agencies that offer you a course for a job you applied as you won't be hearing from them after they have used you for the grant money.

These people are an absolute joke, totaly messed around somebody i know over the space of 2 weeks, saying he had a job, he went to the induction was told he start same week, they will get back to him following day with start date times etc, they never got back to him, this happend time and time again, they ignored his calls and texts, he relying on this job he had for bills etc, they only get in touch when they can be bothered, absolute joke of a company, zero stars is not acceptable which is why ive had to give 1

Very time consuming process. Registration takes at least 2hrs and maybe more sometimes. Good for students who want to apply for part time jobs but the staff is not supportive at all. They recruit mostly for factory and ware houses. They should improve the registration process or just make it online for the ease of people who wanna register.

I went into the office on a Tuesday to see Michael, the following day he had me for an indication, he kept me updated with what was going on on the Thursday and Friday, then the following Monday I was in work. Unbelievable how quickly he helped me get back into work. His passion and drive spoke volumes and you could see the effort he put into helping me get back to work.
