From its start in 1996, Nevard Roland has a proud record of delivering what it has promised. Both the founding directors, David Pottier and Steven Vass, are well experienced in their field with over 50 years of recruiting experience between them. We believe we apply a common sense, pragmatic approach in what we do with openness, imagination, initiative, drive, and communication being other hallmarks of our service offering.
Our Approach

We use the term Executive Search alongside our name but in the current age what does that mean?. Not so long ago "big" jobs [typically salaried at 150k+] were resourced through proactive search or headhunting and the myths of consultants and their "little black book" containing names of the select few abounded.
Executive Search Methodology

Research driven sourcing of candidates carried out by our in-house team with initial conversations aimed at determining interest, suitability, affordability & availability. Full briefing session between consultant and client. This will involve agreeing job and experience criteria, compilation of search target list and assessment of the remuneration level necessary to attract suitable candidates.

As a client led consultancy our business is all about finding people for jobs rather than jobs for people. Accordingly, should you wish to register your career details with us without reference to a particular position we will not actively be marketing them to clients except in exceptional circumstances.
