Due to a problem that arose with a member of the family I asked if I could start Wednesday they said that would be OK.But early this morning I was offered something way way better, something that came out of the blue so I rang them to explain but the response was so rude I was told because I couldn't get in Tuesday i was already taken of there records not even knowing before I rang them. I thought I was telling them the situation professionally and truthfully. I must say keep away.

I found out about Wb employment through someone who was already working for them, and they immediately hired me when I was interested. The whole application form was done really quickly. They are all very professional and responsive when you need to talk to them. I would definitely recommend them as an agency to work with.

I worked for a company for 3 months via WB in Newport. After that they moved me to full time. Never had any problem with getting my holidays or calling in sick.

If being booked in for the wrong shifts isn't tedious enough, to then be advised by my agent regularly that I was on my last warning, then to go in and speak to the manager's who would be as confused as I was, (as this simply was not true). My agent (Cait) informed that Royal Mail offered me a permanent contract, to then all of a sudden get no shifts? Then becoming unresponsive when I was enquiring about other work.

Consistent misinformation. Confrontational regarding complaints (the manager quite literally informed my agent that I called, prompting her to then text me in regards to this - talk about unprofessional!) Unnecessary stress if you're a student looking for some extra money, definitely avoid!
