Critical: Professionalism They wanted me to do a customer service e level 2 course which I didn't need for the job I applied for and also they promise you a 25 voucher for completing the course it's been 5 weeks still have not received this. Also when you contact them they don't get back to you. Poor company with incompetent staff

Worked for this Company over a 2 week period, quit the job immediately after not receiving pay and currently in the legal process to get the wages I'm owed. I'd ask anyone to choose this agency at the last resort otherwise you'll also receive the same problems I've been having

Tell you lies to gain recruitment. Furthermore they are full of false promises, they don't pay you the correct holiday pay after you leave employment with them. Always chasing your well earned money and they are simply a scam. Do not work with this agency, specifically Ryan and Alex. They will lie out their back teeth to get what they want.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I kept on calling this agency regarding the role I applied for. They're so disorganized and when I called they had to tell me to call the next day and the next and so on. Till they never got back to me. Beware of this agency!
