Aspire2

My experience with aspire2 has been nothing but positive! We met Krystal in their Oakham showroom for the first time and tried out a good selection of manual chairs. Krystal was lovely - she was not a pushy salesman and she was not trying to rush us while we were there. There was a chair in particular that I feel in love with right away and we walked away that day having placed our order for a Quickie Argon!

The team were very communicative throughout the time I was waiting for my chair to be built. I had regular contact with someone from the team about finishing touches to the chair and I also had an update to explain that the chair would be running late due to issues at the suppliers end. That said, I did get my chair on time! Then, on handover day, Krystal came out to my house to deliver the chair and show me how all the levers and everything worked. All in all, it was an absolute pleasure working with Krystal and the team. I've even gone back to them for a Track Wheel already!

I became involved with Sally and her colleagues at Aspire2 while assisting an elderly lady to buy a mobility scooter. Sally was very professional and courteous during the initial meeting, making various helpful suggestions about which scooter would be best to meet my friend's needs. One was selected, and delivered the same afternoon, when the engineer fully explained how to operate it, and to recharge the battery. Unfortunately, because because of the lady's frail state of mind, and confusion, she had problems, and demanded that the scooter be collected and her money refunded. Sally offered an alternative, but when this also proved unacceptable - for no clear reason - arrangements were made to collect and refund. Throughout the entire process, lasting 3 weeks, Sally has remained patient and polite in very difficult circumstances. I would gladly give her 10 stars.

Aspire2 Mobility is a place I would highly recommend to everyone I meet, all the staff we spoke to were very friendly and very helpful. Sally was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We went in to look at the mobility scooters and after trying out a bunch of them settled on the first one that was recommended to us for my dad. Sally was so kind, considerate and patient, she listened to what we wanted and responded accordingly. there was no pushy sales techniques just a listening ear and an understanding of our needs, I can't recommend Aspire2 enough and especially Sally.

In fact we will be going back to look at their recliners next. A fantastic and relaxing shopping experience, if you are in any doubt about buying any mobility equipment, go and see Sally, she will answer all of your questions, waylay all of your concerns and most importantly won't sell you anything unless you want to buy it. a true 'gentle lady', Thank you.

Very good service and we got a scooter for mother with delivery today, at a decent price. Delivery an hour later than arranged but they did phone to let us know.

Extremely helpful when I was exploring options for a first time mobility scooter purchase. Sally was very patient and knowledgable helping me through the myriad of choices and have very honest feedback on the various scooters. Very competitive pricing too.

After researching the internet, we went to look at one scooter but came away with another (Sterling Sapphire 2). Not only was it more suitable for our father's height & long legs, but it was cheaper too! Sally could not have been more helpful & I would recommend Aspire2 to anyone with mobility issues.

A fantastic experience especially compared to other mobility shops we had visited and made all the more special due to the warm welcome we had from Sally. Sally started out by asking about my Dad's specific needs, quickly assessing what was relevant to share with him, making him feel at ease. Her empathy, understanding and warmth supported my Dad and I to feel she was fully connected and the best person to help him find the solutions to his challenges.

No sales pitch, lots of support, guidance and time. time to listen, time to understand, time to demo and time to engage with some great laughter thrown in too. Fantastic customer journey Sally and Krystal and thank you for that! Highly recommend and worth the travel time for us - an hour from Oakham! Thank you!
