Sanderson contacted me about an opportunity after seeing my CV online and ultimately sent me for an interview which cost me time and money. After the interview I had to chase Sanderson weekly, as there were no forthcoming updates from them unless I called or emailed. Finally after six weeks I was bluntly told that Sanderson had to assume the employer didn't want to proceed using them to fill the post in question and alledged that the employer had simply not provided them any feedback regarding the candidates that had been submitted for interviews, and was dodging their calls. Unsure what to believe, but even if that were the truth, I would really strongly suggest you don't send candidates for interviews without fully vetting your client beforehand. Can't recommend avoiding this company enough.
