I do not work at G2 recruitment, but I felt compelled to leave a review as I know many people that have. These contacts have shared details about their experiences, and, while there are probably some really great people working at G2, I would find it very difficult to advise anyone I know to accept a position at this company mainly due to fear of how they might be treated. They are a staffing company with an extremely toxic office culture, I think that comment speaks for itself.

Terrible experience right up to the President of the company. They will contact your new hires that they place, seeking opportunity to place them elsewhere.

Great Company. I was hesitant to work with an Recruitment agency because I've heard horror stories about the lack of quality of candidate pool at other agencies BUT G2 Recruitment has placed Senior and VP level IT Artificial Intelligence professionals for the last two years for my company.
