Their communication is just awful. They don't even care about any candidate. They give date after date. When they talk over phone they make you feel to drop the line uttering "we will get beck to you. OKAY?" They say "OKAY" loud and rude. Met them at Cardiff Career fair. A guy named David talked to me so cordially. Since then called him several times. And answer is same, ended with a rude "OKAY?"

DO NOT waste your time with these children. they never ring back, they don't care. they are very poor at what they try to do. inexperienced kids that don't have a clue. there are much better recruiters out there, trust me. they only got one star because i couldn't leave a zero rating. but they don't deserve even one star.

Terrible.tried 3 times to contact a specific team member about a job, he had no idea who I was, had never seen my CV & no detail on my experience but kept making excuses not to speak to me. Your an employment agency working for your clients, that does not give you the right to be rude or disrespectful to potential candidates. A little bit of professional common decency goes a long way.
