I was with Brook Street for a good number for years (6 years to be precise). They were very helpful from the very first time i entered their office. The staff are all very helpful and approachable. They made sure to look after me, and i'm sure everybody else who were looking for employment as well. If anybody was looking for employment through an agency i would have no hesitation to recommend Brook Street.

Brook Street are the first agency I've ever gone to but from my experience with them, I would never look anywhere else. From the moment I spoke to them I was met with nothing but professionalism. The staff are easy to talk to and know what they're talking about; I've never had a question that went unanswered without a satisfactory response. As soon as they knew what I was looking for, they put me forward for a job, the process from first meeting with Brook Street and starting the job was swift and I was kept informed of what was happening at all stages. Would definitely recommend

Ask for Kelly! I'm biased but I've been assigned to her from the start. She's determined to endure you're happy where you work. She really does go above and beyond for those assigned to her. I've been with her for nearly four years and she has been great! She's willing to find a job for you where you want, sometimes that isn't always possible but she works hard to find you a role. That being said, brook street is great!
They have a genuine team who do ensure that their staff are well looked after. Even if you have issues where you have been placed, you can always call them to express your concern. Of course no agency is perfect, but they're an agency I would recommend a million times over. Don't sleep on them. If you're looking for an agency, look into brook street.
