Not only stupiosly rude and unprofessional to add to the review bellow but also very disingenuous people. Anna quoted me a rate of 90 for work at st. Tomases school as a teaching assistant only to tell me that the rate is actually 75 and she only payed 90 if it's a same day booking. Well that was a same day booking! Shame to other agents there as well such as Andrew and William. Waffle about the roles and find you placement in ridiculous schools that neither have professional staff in place neither the pay rates are good enough for your credentials. Avoid!
As a general rule you shouldn't settle for anything less than 100 - it's a hard job and schools do pay this money just less money should go to the agency pockets and more so to the quality of the staff that works there.

Fantastic agency to work with. I have been liaising with Kira from the moment I signed up and she has been absolutely brilliant from the start. She has helped me a lot and is constantly in touch to make sure everything is ok and always available for help. Can not recommend Kira (and Axcis) highly enough. Would give more stars if I could. Thank you Kira for all your help.

Axcis are great for finding you work they will do everything to make sure you have work. Outside of that is where they begin to display many bad practices, they will charge you almost a full day pay for employment fee and admin cost. If you are looking for part time work and you're desperate they are for you. If you want full time work stay away from Axcis they will make you hate working for them, avoid trying to work for them on a full time basis. You will be in a very common situation where you're getting underpaid in a profession that's already underpaid.
