Absolutely loving the personal touch of Gordon Yates. They utilise texting over emailing to make communication quicker and easier, their emails are friendly and you really feel like you're in the hands of a family firm, rather than a big corporate wheel. They also listen to your needs in terms of flexibility, wage, etc and smoothly facilitate any conversations with the client. I have worked regularly since signing with them a couple of months ago and the wages are role-appropriate. Can't recommend them enough.

My experience with Gordon Yates has been nothing short of excellent. Gordon Yates are a fantastic bunch. Welcoming and happy to help. I had the joy of working with Sarah. She is an absolute star. Highly professional, knowledgeable, down to earth and friendly. What stood up to me the most was her positivity and encouragement. From day 1 she was encouraging me to apply for permanent positions, and with her help, having taken her advise, I was able to get a fantastic permanent position.
In addition to all of that, Gordon Yates are also very organised in terms of timesheets, payments and payslips. Everything is done swiftly and on time. I am very grateful to Gordon Yates and Sarah, although brief, but very fruitful and amazing experience. This is hands down by far the best experience I've ever had with a recruitment agency and I'd definitely recommend Gordon Yates. When you deal with Gordon Yates, expect results!

Perfect service received by Pauline Francis. Even though when I first sent my CV to the agency there were not suitable positions for my experience and needs, Pauline stored my CV and after a few months called me back discussing a perfectly tailored vacancy for me. Throughout the recruiting process she gave me great support and always kept me promptly informed of the stages outcomes. Also after signing the contract with the company, she kept in touch making sure I was fitting in well in the new role.

Had a great experience with Gordon Yates and it was a very proactive and positive experience working with Rosa and Paul. Friendly and accommodating all round including the face to face in their offices. They were very helpful, Rosa was excellent with prep prior to the interview and then providing great feedback at each stage of the recruitment process. They also were very accommodating as offers were recieved outside of the agency and they made sure that preferred roles were a priority.
