I LOVE the staff at Deerfoot insurance! Everyone was so kind and they were able to help me so easily and kept me informed every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend this agency!

This company is not trustworthy when it comes to canceling a policy. The agent in the office Are not familiar with what happens when you cancel a policy. They tell you one thing and then do another. For example when your policy cancels it really doesn't they continue to take money out of your account putting you in the red. I called to complain and they promised there would be no more money coming out of my account as of this morning there's more money being withdrawn from my account. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will be warning everyone not to do business with Deerfoot insurance agency or Travelers insurance.

I have been a customer for several years with Deerfoot Insurance Agency. The staff has always treated me with respect and been very helpful when I had to make a claim. I use them for both car and homeowner's insurance.
